About the Role
Help drive product strategy and user growth for Parlay Streak. You'll work closely with engineering and design to prioritize features, analyze user behavior, develop growth strategies, and ensure we're building the right things for our users.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of data, user experience, and product strategy. You'll have a direct impact on how we grow and improve the platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and pain points
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Work with engineering to define features and requirements
- Design and run experiments to test growth hypotheses
- Track key metrics and report on product performance
- Collaborate with marketing on user acquisition strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or growth experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience with user research and understanding user needs
- Ability to translate business goals into product requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with gaming or sports platforms
- Background in competitive or social products
- Understanding of retention and engagement metrics
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers
